Humagician is a customer support platform purpose-built for Shopify merchants. It pairs a small team of specialized AI agents with a clean operator console so your shoppers get fast, accurate answers and your team only sees what actually needs a human.

What Humagician does

How it works

  1. Install the widget on your store

    A one-click Shopify install drops the chat widget on every page. Configure colors, greeting, and which agents are active in Settings → Widgets.

  2. Connect Shopify (and other tools)

    Authorize the Humagician Shopify app. The connection routes through our BRAM governance layer — your store's access token never leaves your tenant. See Shopify integration.

  3. Train Huey on your store

    Add help articles, product details, and tone instructions in the Librarian section. Huey reads these on every conversation.

  4. Watch and refine

    Use the operator console to see live chats, take over when you want to, and review analytics. The more conversations Huey handles, the better your KB gets.
